Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized advisory services at new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and strengthen community ties.

You will work with clients face-to-face and virtually, using Intuit tools to optimize tax outcomes and expand the TurboTax footprint in your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, events, and referrals; act as local ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
