Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll prepare tax returns, offer expert guidance, and coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll help grow the local client base, build relationships, and provide year-round support while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week during peak times.
• Willing to complete training and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and financial guidance.
