You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for a seamless, year-round experience. The role emphasizes personal connections, solving tax challenges, and promoting Intuit resources to help clients

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and via virtual tools.
• Work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
