Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses. You will build relationships, leverage marketing support, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
