Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and coordinate with a team covering business tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory services.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients with the full support of Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and licenses required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
