Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You will engage with individuals and small businesses, build a local client base, and participate in community events to grow the TurboTax footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have tax preparation experience with W-2 and business scenarios.
• Active licensure (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred or in process.
• Ability to upsell services and advise on holistic tax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Create an exceptional customer experience and guide clients to long-term relationships.
• Participate in local events and online engagements to build brand awareness.
