Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and contribute to year‑round prosperity by delivering a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and meetings.
