Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax help, guiding clients through complex returns and leveraging Intuit tools to deliver a comprehensive service.

As a trusted advisor, you will build local relationships, drive growth, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. This on-site role emphasizes customer care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising use allowed.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Develop trust and grow long-term client relationships through local outreach.
