Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM typical hours.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; be comfortable using your name in advertising.
• Must reside within the United States; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and events.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services in the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
