Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation, offer personalized guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a full Intuit service experience.

This role focuses on building a local client base, delivering high-quality tax advice, and using TurboTax tools to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities while supporting community engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns) with professional software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning for end-to-end service.
