Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support Intuit TurboTax clients in a local TurboTax office. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, build lasting relationships, and help grow the local customer base through community outreach.

You will operate onsite, engaging with clients in person and via video tools, while delivering excellent service and facilitating end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week, with training and uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries.
