Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, helping them navigate complex tax needs.

As a local ambassador, you’ll build a community presence, grow a client base through outreach and events, and connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credential and tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s (federal/state) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work 20 hours/week during 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Must wear uniforms and be comfortable using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert (community content).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Organize and lead local events and workshops to boost engagement.
• Guide clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
