Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise, complete tax preparation, and actively grow a local client base in TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate tax solutions, and connecting clients to Intuit products like QuickBooks and Credit Karma. A strong community focus and compliance training are required.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training/compliance requirements and uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Lead local outreach, community events, and grow the local customer base.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and team tools.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; ensure excellent service.
