Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for a range of client needs, from simple W-2 filings to complex business scenarios, while collaborating with a broader team of tax and advisory professionals. The role also drives local client growth through outreach, events, and partnerships, serving as the local face of TurboTax and leveraging Intuit tools to connect

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising use of name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships to drive year-round client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video channels.
