Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve as trusted advisors at a local TurboTax location. You’ll handle in-person and virtual tax needs, build long-term client relationships, and grow the local client base.

You’ll work closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning while delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences and outstanding customer service in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with tax preparation background.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
