Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week during standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning guidance.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncovered deductions and opportunities.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic financial services for clients.
