Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and assist clients in-person and virtually, acting as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a superior customer experience and ongoing support.
