Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation while working onsite with a collaborative team of financial experts. You’ll help grow TurboTax’s local client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client service.
