Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Local Service Experts to deliver full‑service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work with a team of tax professionals, supporting personal and business tax needs and building lasting client relationships. You will educate clients on Intuit solutions, contribute to local growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience across in-person and virtual visits.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to appropriate Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and professional service in-person and via video tools.
