Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, provide personalized tax guidance, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support year-round financial needs. You will grow the local client base through community events, partnerships, and targeted outreach while maintaining high standards of customer

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal & state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising; may appear in company materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
