Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation, while collaborating with a broader team of tax and advisory professionals.

You will build local relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support. This role emphasizes community engagement and year-round client service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and able to work 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
