Intuit is seeking proactive Local Service Experts for TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem while building lasting local relationships.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions, handle complex scenarios, and drive local market growth. This role requires on-site presence and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or active practicing attorney status with strong tax preparation experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; training and compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence and creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base; act as a community ambassador and drive outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time engagements into long-term, year-round partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
