Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (1040 federal/state) with software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear provided uniform and be open to advertising use of name/photo.
• Interested in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through tax engagements.
• Offer exceptional customer experience and assist in planning for future goals.
