Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage clients face-to-face and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions while guiding them through complex personal and business tax needs.

You will also grow the local client base, foster relationships, and collaborate with a network of specialists to offer end-to-end financial services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience with professional software.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms.
• Willingness to develop broader advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
