Intuit, Inc. is hiring for TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns and provide tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting customers with Intuit’s broader services. The role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and offering year-round support within the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
