Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business scenarios, while connecting clients to a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and drive long-term loyalty with the support of marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events with TurboTax marketing support.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual meetings.
