Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks talented tax professionals to staff TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will deliver in-person tax preparation, client advisory, and local business development at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end client solutions and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week; training included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive local growth.
• Connect clients with integral Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit’s video tools to resolve tax questions.
