Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Assist in organizing local events and join marketing initiatives.
• Engage clients in-person and via video tools, ensuring clear tax outcomes.
