You will collaborate closely with tax professionals, customers, and the broader Intuit ecosystem to ensure a complete financial picture is understood and addressed. Position emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, client growth, and cross-selling Intuit solutions, with a strong service orientation and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador and drive client base growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver year-round support across the Intuit ecosystem.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
