Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end client service.
• Deliver a seamless TurboTax experience by maintaining context across client meetings and specialists.
