Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our many U.S. locations.

This role focuses on full‑service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support in person at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience while growing the

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business; may include uniforms and branding requirements
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into long-term engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear tax guidance
