Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, while acting as a local ambassador to grow the client base and collaborating with Intuit’s ecosystem of services. The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and participating in local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystems like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional and empathetic service.
