Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

You will help grow the local client base, engage with the community, and guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios while delivering high-quality service with a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 local time.
• Experience with holistic advisory services including bookkeeping/payroll a plus.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios including business income and deductions optimization.
• Develop local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with network of Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Represent TurboTax in local/community engagements.
