Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will help grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience, collaborating with specialists while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Min. 3 years of paid tax returns prep (30+ returns per season)
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business taxes
• Build local client base through community outreach and partnerships
• Introduce clients to additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
• Collaborate with tax experts to ensure end-to-end client service
