Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax preparation and advice to clients in their local community. In this role, you will connect with customers both in-person and virtually, ensuring they receive thorough support for their tax needs.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base, building long-term relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, efficient tax preparation process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Act as a community ambassador and build a local customer base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
