Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice, prepare returns, and educate clients in person at local TurboTax locations. You will collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service and expand the local client base.

The role emphasizes town-hall outreach, relationship building, and connecting clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll while ensuring top-notch customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite and able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must complete all required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a new client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
