Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Collierville, TN, seeking motivated individuals to grow a local client portfolio through in-person meetings and strategic presentations.

You will complete a comprehensive training program combining online learning with hands-on field coaching, and you will work with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to tailor supplemental insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Background check will be conducted at a high level.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience is acceptable for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Attend local territory meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of local clients through ongoing follow-up.
