Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Experience assisting diverse clients with tax needs is required.
• Ability to build trust and explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, building local client relationships and events.
• Introduce clients to additional Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in-person and via video tools.
