Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, while actively building a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local outreach and community events to grow local business.
• Guide clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain local presence as TurboTax expert.
