Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping with complex tax scenarios, while also growing the local client base through outreach and events.

You’ll connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials with tax expertise are required or highly preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
