Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join an on-site team. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for walk-in and virtual clients, while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class local experience, leveraging Intuit’s tools and resources for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week
• Must complete all required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience in person and via video tools
• Build long-term client relationships and drive loyalty
• Adhere to compliance and training requirements
