Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dynamic individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of services. Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience, and maintaining a trusted, personalized approach in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours weekly; hours may peak in tax season.
• Willing to wear company uniform and be used in advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning advice using trusted resources.
• Collaborate with team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Serve as local face of TurboTax and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
