Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and businesses. You will collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists to provide a complete financial picture for clients.

You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community outreach while upholding Intuit’s standards for service excellence.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and upskilling across service areas.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
