Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, providing expert tax guidance and end-to-end support within the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver comprehensive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain ongoing client relationships.
