Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite, performing full‑service tax prep for individuals and businesses and providing expert guidance. You’ll partner with a broad team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

Develop local client relationships, drive community outreach, and expand the TurboTax footprint using Intuit tools and marketing support, while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes under law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns (30+ per season) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation for simple to complex returns.
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients with tax planning and utilization of Intuit tools and services.
