Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at TurboTax locations across the United States.

On-site support, in-person and virtual client interactions, and full-service tax return preparation drive a trusted advisory experience that connects clients with Intuit’s ecosystem. You will help clients navigate tax needs, advise on complex situations, and grow the local client base while collaborating with a network of specialists.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite and upskill in related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for complex cases and broader Intuit services.
• Engage with the community via events and marketing tools to build brand presence.
• Work onsite 20+ hours weekly during peak tax season.
