Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will build local client relationships, lead community outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced, in-person and virtual setting.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
