Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at dedicated locations across the United States. You’ll provide on-site tax return preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with broader Intuit services to deliver end-to-end support.

In this role you’ll work with a team of tax professionals, engage with local communities, and help customers navigate complex filings while growing your local client base.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or equivalent with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
