Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You will actively build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and ongoing support year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience; PTIN required.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and trust.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
