Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Tax Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full‑service tax return preparation and expert guidance while building local client relationships.

Work with a collaborative team, connect clients to Intuit's ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning), and contribute to community growth with in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to use your name and photo for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise—hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador—grow a local client base and engage with community partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem—connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions.
• Build Relationships—develop trust and long-term client portfolios.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience—professionalism and personalized support in person and via video tools.
